Pros
It’s a job Multiple places to train in
Cons
Management is absolutely horrible. There is zero confidentiality—managers will openly discuss private matters with other employees, creating a toxic and unprofessional environment. The workplace is extremely contradicting: rules only seem to apply when it's convenient for management. Trainers, who are not even in leadership roles, are put on pedestals and treated like they run the show, creating confusion and resentment among staff. There’s a strong presence of racism, cliques, and bullying, making it a hostile and uncomfortable place to work. The work culture lacks fairness, and if you’re not part of the “in crowd,” you will feel isolated. Schedules are often changed without proper notice or discussion, which can lead to a serious loss of hours and pay. Managers rarely take responsibility or show concern when these issues are brought up. Overall, this is not a healthy or supportive work environment.HORRIBLE PAY FOR TECHS!
