Pros

Colleagues are generally pretty nice

Cons

There are a million things to say about Privia for reasons to not work here, but the one that really stands out in my mind is that nurses are somehow expected to be on call 24/7 365. This is not possibly legal, safe, or ethical. Not even sleep time is guaranteed. They are not paid for this time. No work/life balance.

Thank you for your feedback. We continue to adjust our staffing ratios to ensure that we have the necessary coverage for our patients without over-working our Privia Partners. I continue to be optimistic that we are working to meet the needs of the employees.
