Privia's exponential growth over the last 1+ years has been a challenge for the organization operationally but Im energized on where we are and that we're coming out on the other side. Having an opportunity to participate in last weeks strategic offsite was eye opening and seeing things like Privia University start to take shape, the huge advancements in population health and engagement with our care teams as well as some of the culture work is having a real effect on the organization.
