Privia has exploded with growth over the past two years which means there are a lot of opportunities for current and potential employees. The company is loaded with A+ talent which makes it a great place to work. This type of environment gets the best out of you on a daily basis. It is a lot of outside the box thinking, which makes for a lot of personal growth. Since we are in start up mode, there is plenty of work to go around and I love working with my team. It is very team oriented and if you need to stay late and work, typically the entire team stays to get the job done. Cons
Work space is hard to come by (which is not a bad problem to have), offices & cubicles are doubled up. The work environment is not for everyone if you are looking for a slow paced company or a place where you can surf the internet while at work.
