Pros
I've been working at Privia for almost a year and I can honestly say it's one of my favorite places I've ever worked. The things that make Privia great and unique are the groundbreaking philosophy of the company, wonderful colleagues, and agile work environment that allows as much growth possibility as you're willing to work for.
Cons
The company is still young and does have a "startup" feel. For me this is a pro because there's not a lot of bureaucracy, and good ideas and initiative are welcomed wherever they come from. If you're looking for a company where every rule and procedure is already in place and you're told what to do all the time, this is not the place for you. It's a great work environment with a lot of opportunity for hardworking, creative thinkers with a can-do attitude. Very much a place where you need to get in and "roll up your sleeves", be flexible, and do whatever is needed, rather than sitting around waiting for instruction.
