This place is not for everybody. I’ve worked here awhile and would love to say that anyone can be successful here, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. We are a rapidly growing company, in a complex industry, doing things that people have never done before... this stuff is NOT EASY! It takes a special type of person to excel here. Privia is not a great place if you are easily overwhelmed, don’t like to change, can’t keep pace with the learning curve, need a ton of structure in your role, and need a lot of coddling support. The people who excel here are insanely bright and have such an extreme level of dedication that's well beyond what the average person can even imagine. It takes perseverance you won’t find in people who are looking for a smooth ride, easy promotion, or big pay day. Just be very honest with yourself what kind of person you are before you decide to join.
