Pros

- Company provided gym in Birmingham, Alabama location. - The company match toward employees 401k plan is the best thing about working at this company.

Cons

- Promotions are given on a "buddy system" basis no matter how long you work there or how qualified you are. Don't work here if you're seeking a career with advancement opportunities; or find a way into a clique that will enable that. If you're not "on board" with a high-schoolish atmosphere, your position will almost definitely be eliminated. - Employees are not treated fairly; management is verbally abusive and disrespectful; work expectations are set far beyond any reality set within a 37.5 hour work week. - Certain management teams present employees work to Senior Management, exclude employees from those presentations, and are promoted further from the results of employees hard work. If employees voice they're unhappy with being treated unfairly, they simply replace the employee (this is true for more employees than I can remember over the 10 years I worked here). **Fair Warning: recruiters will not work with you if you're employed by this company; the company has active relationships with all local recruiters.

Pros

They have decent pay, if you're willing to fight for it and good PTO.

Cons

It's a fight to get good pay if you're a long-time employee. It's easier as a new hire to start off with good pay than it is for existing employees to be compensated for their value & worth to the company. Too many layers of management and unsupportive to the lower level employees. Too many required meetings that could have been an email. With many employees working remote we have several touch base meetings each week/month. I believe this is just so we can get together. But many of these meetings really don't need to happen and could easily just be an email or wrapped up in 15-20 minutes, instead of filled with inconsequential items just to fill the hour. This is especially frustrating when meetings are scheduled during the lunchtime portion of the day.
