Pros

Mission-Driven Work: I truly loved the company’s mission and the quality of the products. It was an honor to represent a brand I believed in. Recognition for Excellence: During my tenure, I was a high performer, consistently receiving "Making a Difference" awards and being compared to top-tier associates by both customers and peers. Sales Potential: Before a schedule change in October removed me from high volume HSN weekends, my revenue consistently met or exceeded associates one and two levels above my position.

Cons

Culture of Intimidation: There is a pervasive atmosphere of fear within certain management ranks. Many employees feel unable to speak up or defend themselves for fear of immediate retaliation or termination. Hostile Termination Process: My separation was handled in a dehumanizing manner. I was forcibly separated from my personal belongings, and management took the liberty of searching through my private property without my presence or consent. Mischaracterization of Performance: A clerical error and good faith attempt to follow coaching were weaponized as "falsification" and "misconduct." Despite my proven track record and improving call quality and all KPI's, My well discussed neurodivergent traits were used as emotional leverage against me and completely ignored and disregarded. Lack of Integrity in Leadership: High level management made statements during my termination that were factually inaccurate regarding my performance and my proactive attempts to rectify my one clerical error.

Pros

Procaps Laboratories has been a great place to build a career and take on meaningful work. One of the biggest positives is the opportunity to make a real impact across the organization. The company is large enough to have complex systems, major projects, and real business challenges, but still has the kind of environment where individual contributions matter. I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of important technology initiatives, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, ecommerce, telecommunications, ERP systems, and business process improvements. That variety has made the work interesting and has allowed me to keep growing professionally. Another major positive is the company’s mission and product focus. It feels good to work for a company that makes quality health and wellness products and has a strong identity around doing things the right way. There are also many long-term employees, which says a lot about the culture, loyalty, and stability of the company.

Cons

Like many growing companies with a long history, Procaps has had to balance legacy systems and older processes with the need to modernize. That can make some projects more complex and require patience, persistence, and cross-department coordination. The pace can also be demanding at times, especially in IT, where technology touches nearly every part of the business. Priorities can shift quickly, and there is often more work than time, but that is also part of what makes the role challenging and engaging.

Pros

This was an excellent team to work with. The supervisors truly care about you and your progress in not just your work life but also your life outside of work. I feel like they wanted to help me be the best version of myself as much as possible. I learned so much and gained so much confidence in this job. The benefits are amazing, and the coworkers are the best I have ever had. They are such lovely people and truly feel like a family.

Cons

HSN schedules I was tired to work the later nights. But this was only once a month and was not that big of an issue.
