Pros
The products are top notch. The owner is kind and generous. The starting pay is great. The hours are great the office closes at 6pm unless its a weekend when Andrew Lessman is on HSN/QVC. Which he is once a month, and then the weekend he is on air the hours are longer to cover the sale. Its not to bad
Cons
They lie and tell you its not sales, but it is. You have to meet goals , upsell and introduce a product to EVERYBODY, even if they say that they have a budget or a limited amount of money. The supervisors will tell you to pretty much ignore what the customer is telling you about their finances and recommend a new product anyway. Then you must always start with the highest price/largest size bottle when they want to know the price of something. The customer can't just call and ask a question, no you MUST always... find out why they called, what they are currently taking and ask them why they are taking those medicines or supplements ( so you know what products to push on them) and all they wanted to know was when was Andrew Lessman going to be on HSN again. I've never worked for a company that used wrongful hiring tactics to get people in, that place is a revolving door. So sad, because the products are good.
