I want to start out by saying no employer or job is perfect and individual job experiences will always vary by employee. Since the first day of my time with ProCaps through the entirety of this past year, my experience with this company has been incredible in terms of education, job development and management support every single day. I’m every situation communication is key and I always felt heard and that measures were always taken to address anything expressed, whether it was positive feedback or a concerns and I always felt heard, supported and that any step possible would be taken to enhance my personal experience in my role. This is a very high-volume call-center environment with the fantastic opportunity to work a hybrid (and eventual full-time) schedule from home, representing an employer and product I could always be immensely proud of based on integrity. Although I had to resign for personal reasons, this was a job I felt confident that with hard work and a mutually supportive culture I could remain in indefinitely. If you have a passion for customer service and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your people skills, you will be compensated more than fairly with amazing opportunity for growth and will be 100% supported in that endeavor. Management is truly there to help you succeed!
