My time at ProCaps was really difficult. The environment felt toxic — people weren’t kind or supportive. Leadership often said the right things (like promoting an open-door policy or valuing employee happiness), but in practice, it was the opposite. Bringing up concerns could backfire, and it felt like no one really wanted to listen. They’d throw employee engagement events to boost morale, but most of us were exhausted and just trying to get through the day. On top of that, the technology was incredibly outdated — it honestly felt like stepping back into the late '90s. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend it unless there’s been a major shift- and anyone who has or is there currently knows that ain't happening anytime soon. I’d say: run, and don’t look back.
