      Great pay! If you work at a school; many days off. Very hands off Bonus for referrals

      Cons

      Not a consistent amount of hours due to nature of school calendar. Depending on the site; not very clear on what your expectations are.

      Pros

      Management is very flexible and understanding when things arise that are uncontrollable. Office culture is great, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Job itself is not too hard. Just need to put the work in.

      Cons

      The job can sometimes be out of your hands. You can do everything correct, but still fall behind. Some people have advantages that others do not have access too.
