Prompt responses. Is flexible and understanding when i need to take time off. Is helpful in guiding me through the hiring process. I really appreciate the recent opportunity for professional development.
Cons
Need more training. It is difficult at times to work for one organization and be employed by another. The district does not want to invest in us because we are not district employees so we tend to miss out on a lot of professional development. Procare should step up and make sure we get opportunities to learn new skills such as training and conferences. This is very important in the filed of behavior because it is a developing field and it is crucial to our job performance to be up to date about new and old evidence based practices.
