Pros

They are always hiring new AEs and its nice to make more money based on effort put forth when that works out. If you want to work in a place that calls the business a "family" then you might do really well here. If that sends red flags off for you, refer to the cons section. This job is not for everyone, but for some can be very lucrative.

Cons

Words like scam and cult come up when you search this company which is hard to explain to potential clients and also your friends and family when you tell them where you work. You can scroll through the 1 star ratings, and although they are harsh, those experiences are accurate to my witness at ProCare Therapy. Your experience here will be 100% based on your ability to network with your colleagues and managers, and of course your ability to bring in a lot of business. The rules of engagement on the sales floor tip a bit unfairly to the upper level AEs who already have more than 10x the business new AEs have which make for many awkward interactions with your colleagues with a "this is mine" type of attitude. Many employees at ProCare are right out of college which makes ProCare feel like a frat house at times. On occasion I heard management referring to their subordinates as "kiddos." They consider working remotely a "perk" to be earned after reaching a certain gross margin in your business. If you are having a bad few weeks and lose some business (people you have recruited quit their jobs. It happens all the time.) you will have your earned "perk" revoked. This points to a major issue with how work/life balance is viewed and makes it glaringly obvious just how micromanaged you are by the overall system here. Having to dance for something many companies operate as a way of business feels disrespectful and infantilizing. A major contributor to your success here will be luck and upper level "passing" you business which comes through networking and learning how to pass your own business. This is an unpredictable area of business, so if you will not be happy with a 50k overall salary for at least 6 months-1 year, keep looking.

Pros

Management is very flexible and understanding when things arise that are uncontrollable. Office culture is great, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Job itself is not too hard. Just need to put the work in.

Cons

The job can sometimes be out of your hands. You can do everything correct, but still fall behind. Some people have advantages that others do not have access too.
