1. having to be there from 8-5 in 2023 is absolutely crazy, and they aren't flexible if you are even 2 minutes late 2. you have to make the company a certain amount of money to get work-from-home days. That is absurd 3. they micro-manage, and it is so annoying, like get a life 4. they are willing to screw over their educators to make a few more bucks on the margin, absolutely disgusting 5. honestly no empathy, all they care is that you meet their stupid metrics, not if their employees are doing okay personally 6. the managers have favorites, and it is definitely easy to tell 7. too many pointless meetings and trainings
