Pros

They'll pay you enough, if you're lucky fast enough, to look past egregious failures in leadership and overall employee dissatisfaction. You'll love your coworkers.

Cons

Obvious favoritism, nepotism, constant changes without support to make them effective, general instability, it's a cult, I could go on. There really were parts of this job I loved, but every two weeks something new came up that made the chaos harder to tune out. Lack of support for employees experiencing personal hardship is something I witnessed more than once and experienced firsthand. If you're looking for a company that sees you as a person before they see you as padding to their bottom line, look elsewhere.

Pros

Management is very flexible and understanding when things arise that are uncontrollable. Office culture is great, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Job itself is not too hard. Just need to put the work in.

Cons

The job can sometimes be out of your hands. You can do everything correct, but still fall behind. Some people have advantages that others do not have access too.
