Pros

Get the opportunity to make incredible memories helping kids in the classroom. Great opportunity to earn more than the average salary for entry-level. You qualify for 401k, life insurance, health insurance, dental, and other benefits. I have a great recruiter who works to help find assignments and communicate with the company since schools consider agencies third-party companies.

Cons

No pto and you will be exposed to tons of germs from the students. This means taking time off will reduce your pay, and there are no paid holidays so income will vary. There are months when students have ton of breaks or holidays and you should expect to find a side hustle or second job part-time to pay all your bills. No tuition reimbursement for paraprofessionals only for teachers, I saw it advertised on the website and was disappointed.

Pros

Zero. I don't recommend this job to anyone. Run.

Cons

I don't even know where to start. This place was so toxic I promise you all of the AEs are trying to leave, they drain you mentally and emotionally and make it clear you're just a warm body in a chair to them. They OVERLY micromanage your every move, how long you went to the bathroom or talk to other coworkers, and closely monitor (c.harass) your every click on your laptop. They also lack cultural diversity you're not allowed to celebrate POC holidays or discuss anything they deem controversial (DEI). They don't believe in work life balance and recommend you work through breaks and evenings at home while simultaneously underpaying you. There's a lot of microaggressions from management. PTO - nonexistent/ They don't believe in WFH and take them away randomly as a power play. They control where you sit.. I could go on but I digress. Ps the positive reviews are (CFAKE)
