Gossip is rampant. The mental role it takes and the distraction it causes are nearly insurmountable.
Leadership changes their stance often, and doesn’t stick to anything they do.
Favoritism is rampant and there is a double standard for cis het white men, specifically.
If you are black, a POC, a member of the LGBTQ, or even simply a woman, I cannot stress enough that this is not an environment you want to be in. Especially considering the current administration of this country.
