The executive team is afraid to lead due to CEOs behavior, which is self serving and passive aggressive. Rather than speak up, they talk behind her back. Because of this, there is very little trust and no clear direction and there is much wasted effort. They also give no guidance and direction and expect you to just find your way. Put in some new leadership within HR and the executive level team and this company would be a great company to work for
