Strangling bureaucracy hindering progress - Systems Analyst ProHealth Care (WI) Employee Review

Pros

Great front line staff that have the passion to do the right thing and help

Cons

More time is spent doing duplicate or triplicate documentation in multiple places than the time it takes to make an update or fix. Treating EMR same as IT changes is not appropriate and is keeping Prohealth from leading the area in functionality.
