Thank you for your thoughts - we value your feedback and dedication to the work you do in the Pharmacy! Please rest assured that ProHealth Care does not mandate overtime. We recognize that this is a very busy time in healthcare; specifically in the Pharmacy. It has been uplifting to see the staff collaborate and work together to ensure our patients are receiving the care they deserve. With that said, also know that leadership is working to recognize the extra work of you and your colleagues. As an employee who has been with us for years, we ask that you reach out to HR team to talk about your concerns if needed as well. By understanding what you are experiencing, we can take steps to help you and others navigate change and build on our promise of "The way you should be treated."
