Pros

The doctors & most staff are competent and great to work with.

Cons

“Management” lack all soft skill like empathy, compassion, and communication skills. They may be good in their respective fields, but it’s it utterly apparent they do not know how to run healthcare clinics and hospitals nor how to relate to their employees. Terrible pay. Red tape everywhere. “Out of my control” is always they managers response. Rarely allowed to use PTO when you would like to due to “understaff”. For an organizations whose sole purpose is to take care of their community, they do an atrocious job taking care of their own people.
