Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you found the physicians and many of your coworkers to be a caring team. We have had performance-based merit increases always. Even when other organizations may not have in recent years, we have always been able to offer raises for our employees at all levels. As a former employee, if you would like to share further insights you believe can help improve the employee experience, send us a note at hr@phci.org. That way, we can dive even deeper to explore your specific concerns. Our culture is essential to us. We want our staff to feel valued and understand that raises help lead to lower turnover - and helped lead to ProHealth Care being recognized last year by Forbes as a best-in-state employer. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate it and wish you the very best.
