Use to be a great place to work; but now managment is destroying this company. - Anonymous employee ProHealth Care (WI) Employee Review

Pros

PTO and getting a paycheck.

Cons

Upper managment makes different changes every week without consulting with what is best for the staff. We used to have monthly staff meetings before Heron came in. Probably because everything has gone down the tubes since. Everyone is stressed and unhappy and looking for other jobs. Long time employees are being forced into working holidays and weekends again, where as new employees get off the hook. Forced to work in different depratmants & call center with no extra compensation. Night and weekend differentials being cut back. WHERE ARE THE CEO AND UPPER MANAGEMENT TAKING CUTS? WE NEED TO KNOW! The patients do see what is going on. And the staff is no longer afriad to tell them how awful things have become. Staff hours have been constantly changed and we are focerd to be flexible, when managment gets their same 8-5s. Yet, they are never around when they are needed. A year ago this was a fantastic place to work, and has since fell apart.
