Pros
I was paid. I liked my peers and most of the doctors. I loved my patients and the cafeteria food was good.
Cons
Bureaucratic hold ups are very frustrating, unanswered emails, lack of communication, inappropriate hiring practices-relatives, unqualified friends, no oppurtunities for staff involvement, no transparency which frustrates employees, common mindset is, "Why bother saying anything. What good will it do?" Very toxic work environment.
