      Pros

      We have great patients and I’ve met some great coworkers.

      Cons

      They gave me a merit based pay raise today. .62 cents. It’s an absolute slap to the face. I was then asked to train two new employees. I told my supervisor that I would not be doing that. I do not work for free.
