-ICU staff are quick to write up anybody and frequently exaggerate in their reports. -Very much a finger pointing culture that seeks to be better by disciplining. -No open conversation perceived issues or disagreements. -All of the above cons are perpetuated by senior nursing staff. -High turnover of ICU providers (both physicians and APPs).
