Not Big Corporate. Still cares about patients instead of bottom line only. Cares about employees as well.

PTO is limited. Have all benefits but health insurance has a high deductible.

Pay is good, good salary

Management is essentially nonexistent. No communication as to the current direction of the local branch or the company overall for that matter. Neither at the local level nor companywide. And I will never understand the policy of making someone wait a year before they can contribute to a 401(k)/403B plan
