      At this point there are none.

      Cons

      $5000 deductible, $6000 out of pocket max for insurance. Premium is like $60/paycheck. CNA pay is only $15/hr. I could find a higher paying job at Costco with better benefits. We are always short on aids. Always.

      Flexible, self-scheduling. Good teamwork among coworkers.

      Cons

      Staffing grids that are not always reasonable. Lower incentive pay than other area hospitals.
