ProPetro Services

Is this your company?

Glorified secretary role. Don't work here for more than 2 years as a frac engineer to avoid a burn out. HAVE A PLAN!!! - Frac Engineer ProPetro Services Employee Review

Pros

- Young CEO pushing change - You'll make okay money, but at the expense of selling your soul working 12hr days for 2 weeks. When you break it down to the amount of hours worked, it's really not that much.

Cons

- No real engineering experience gained - excel overkill - Working long boring hours, staring at monitors - Not challenging and very stagnant - Easily burnt out from repetition - Absolutely no sort of communication between managers and frac engineers - Training program sucks - Mediocre engineering department - Pull tooth and nail to have your earned PTO approved - No engineer growth/education
