Gave me my first big city job out of college. There wasn't too much sales pressure - at the time I worked there, we basically placed temp staffing folks into the jobs that others procured. Free food. Developed good friendships with people at work.

Cons

Long hours. Low pay. They practically force you to leave for no good reason. I had many friends there who were forced out for various reasons. Aaron forced me out because I told a recruit that we couldn't help her for what she was looking for. Management fail!

I can honestly say this is one of the best companies when it comes to taking care of their employees. It’s refreshing to be part of a workplace that treats employees as their greatest asset, not just numbers.
