Right across the street from South Station.

This company has reduced its staff drastically over the past few years, even before the COVID crisis. They have been sending most jobs overseas. If you are ever speaking to a recruiter from "PSG Global," it usually means that you are speaking with someone in the opposite hemisphere. Due to this, growth potential here is practically non-existent. Upper management fears asking the co-owners of the company for things and rarely stand up for the teams/employees they represent. There is only PTO and no sick time. They also ask/tell people to write positive reviews on Glassdoor to balance their scores out. Technology is greatly limited by budget. Remote work is not allowed unless it is mandated by the state or federal government, partially due to their remote systems being weak/underfunded.

It makes me sad to know that you carried this weight while being part of the team. It feels too impersonal (especially in tough times like now) to just type a response and move on. Since the start of COVID-19 my partner and I have done everything possible to retain our staff. We have both invested significant amounts of our own personal money because of our commitment to the team and our focus on saving jobs. Your comments about the technology might be a bit outdated because it sounds like you missed out on the investment in Zoom phones / video back in early February, 2020 when we cut-over to their platform company-wide. We certainly didn't predict COVID but the upgrade to zoom phones has changed our lives.

I can honestly say this is one of the best companies when it comes to taking care of their employees. The leadership team truly values work-life balance, provides plenty of growth opportunities, and makes sure everyone feels supported. They foster a positive and respectful culture where hard work is recognized, and open communication is encouraged. It’s refreshing to be part of a workplace that treats employees as their greatest asset, not just numbers. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a career with a supportive and people-first environment!
