Working for PSG is a great opportunity to develop your skills and build your career. As one of the pioneers in Staffing industry, they have built a strong foundation to be resilient, adaptive and innovative. Employee retention is high since we feel like our ideas and challenges are heard, supported and rewarded. Half of the operations of PSG sit in the Philippines, but we all manage to work as a team and resolve culture differences. And last but not the least, everyone feels like a FAMILY.

Cons

Working on the other side of the world. Hope we can all meet in person. :)

I can honestly say this is one of the best companies when it comes to taking care of their employees. The leadership team truly values work-life balance, provides plenty of growth opportunities, and makes sure everyone feels supported. It’s refreshing to be part of a workplace that treats employees as their greatest asset, not just numbers.
