For the past 2 years that I have been working with PSG in Boston, MA, I have never felt that I wasn't capable of doing my job as a recruiter. You will be equipped here with the knowledge and experience that your colleagues have been through. They will share everything with you that you would need for you to be successful not only with your role, but also as a person. They also never forget to give out commendations if you've done something great! :) Constructive criticism is also provided for improvement and coaching purposes. Lastly, the CEO, Aaron Green is approachable as well and he shares his knowledge expertise as well with the team. :)

I can honestly say this is one of the best companies when it comes to taking care of their employees. The leadership team truly values work-life balance, provides plenty of growth opportunities, and makes sure everyone feels supported. They foster a positive and respectful culture where hard work is recognized, and open communication is encouraged. It’s refreshing to be part of a workplace that treats employees as their greatest asset, not just numbers. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a career with a supportive and people-first environment!
