If you endure the grind you will be rewarded with some good experience and an exceptional training program. You will leave with strong skills that can be applied and help you succeed in just about any line of work.

Cons

Turnover is incredibly high - most people don't stay for more than a year. Work-life balance is lacking... high stress, long hours, and few days off.

I can honestly say this is one of the best companies when it comes to taking care of their employees.
