Pros
*Team members/colleagues are great people *It’s rewarding to help candidates find jobs, its life changing for many of them
Cons
*Long hours with limited flexibility – required to be on-site at least 8AM-6PM daily, typically 1-2 hours longer than that due to workload and frowned upon to take lunch *Leadership doesn’t trust employees – lots of micromanaging, constantly questioning decisions, very much the mindset of “guilty until proven innocent” *To prove there isn’t trust, employees are required to send a lengthy email to leadership each night explaining in detail what they did all day; this is often asked to have a longer and shorter version (sometimes via text) incase leadership doesn’t have time to read the long one *Leadership is somehow both so far removed from the day-to-day that they don’t know what’s going on but also overbearing and micromanaging *There is a lot of turn over, so it’s hard to form a cohesive team because people are always leaving *Employees are not treated equally. Some are lectured for not being willing to work through/skip lunch, while others are allowed to scream and curse at coworkers and leadership without consequence. “All” are required to be on-site 5 days per week, yet a handful are remote 3-5 days per week, some coming into the office less than once per month. *Constantly asking employees to write positive Glassdoor reviews to outweigh the bad ones
