CEO is transparent and great! I've never met a CEO that is this genuine. He truly is trying to create a great culture where you can have a long career. Happy with all of my colleagues. We have some of the best in the industry working with us! We don't have crunch; we plan correctly and have the right people in place. Great health benefits, 401K, and PTO policy. It's a shame that some of these recent reviews are so toxic. My advice if you are looking to work here, reach out to the people who are currently working here and ask them about our culture and what their pros and cons are. We have a good work-life balance, and my studio is amazing. Love the game I'm working on and am excited to see it go to market in the future!
Cons
No free sodas, but we do have coffee and water. Our game studio provides snacks, and so do some of the others. No annual bonus program, but they do have stocks.
