Pros

Stay away. Bad form customers and workers.

Cons

Everyone is related; most specifically HR to the owners/management. They do nothing about bullying and harassment. HR totally gaslights. No training system nor support in place. Understaffed and overworked. Total chaos. Lots of drama. Branch manager at the Credit Union Dr location thinks it's ok to yell, lie, and slam down her fists to get her way or when her lies are pointed out. Trainer/lead of my department wouldn't train; unapproachable. Trainer was giving me all the work she didn't want to do or what was too hard for her. Kept forwarding her phone to mine even after management told her to stop. Management half heartedly addressed the issues but no real enforcement. Lots of coworkers unhappy because just after they get comfortable in a position Procare moves people and throws them in a different department to learn new all over again.

Fast paced and can be high stress at times - having the support of the team and management helps a great deal!
