Pros
The title of this review says it all. I have worked as a permanent employee and a contractor. I have worked for large companies and start ups. Procentrix sets the bar above them all. They truly work hard to take care of each and every employee. Not just myself, but I can see it with the people around me. They make you feel like this is one company that puts you first. You and your family and how you work. Along with that, there are opportunities for growth. Their open communication policy on all levels of management is refreshing and makes you feel like you are noticed at all levels, not just your own management. I am very glad that I work for Procentrix. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Cons
I would have said that my commute to DC, but they have made sure that is as painless as it can be.
