Pros
Met some of the BEST people in the mid-level management area and office staff that I still keep in touch with.
Cons
Poor Communication: Lack of communication from the CEO and C-Suite and into the Director levels down to the rest of middle management. Inconsistent: Inconsistent behavior and procedures across the board. Unfair Treatment: HR Administrator and HR Director are two of the worst HR professionals I've experienced in my career. They've kept the absolute most toxic employee I have encountered, but removed two of the most engaging and mentoring individuals at the middle/high management level. Lack of Recognition: Employees' efforts at all levels go unacknowledged, creating complete disengagement.
