Family owned and family driven, always putting employees and their families first. The company takes care of their employees, through compensation and benefits.

Cons

There is always work to do. It's not always easy to take off, but management is constantly working with everyone to make sure that they can take time off.

- Many long tenured employees (20+ years) - Small knit workplace community - Generous benefits & compensation - Able to voice concerns directly to management - Plenty of work available if you are willing to put in the time

Cons

Similar cons to any workplace. Nothing that stands out specifically. Workload can be heavy on individuals during busy times.
