      Easy transition from co-op to employee

      Cons

      Racial discrimination in hiring and lengthy process. Project based work if given and poor management. HR team is ridiculous and joke to company. Would not recommend to anyone since they only hire white people or internal employees.

      Amazing intern program! Learned so much, and all of the interns still keep in touch! Highly recommend. They train you very well and have an amazing culture.
