Pros

Great location Can still ascend ranks quickly if put on the right team. Culture allows for impact from any position level.

Cons

Company is transitioning from a everybody knows everybody hangout culture to a full fledged industry leader. There is a tug of war between some of the long term employees and the new management decisions

Thanks for leaving a review and for all your hard work for Procore! Glad to hear you felt our culture allowed you to make an impact from anywhere - that's exactly what we're going for. If you'd be willing to discuss more details about the tug-of-war dynamic you described, please email me directly at employerfeedback@procore.com. - Pat Wadors, Global Talent Officer

Pros

-Complete flexibility and autonomy; one of our core values is 'Ownership' and that is something I tangibly feel every day -Unlimited PTO and great benefits -An amazing team; I genuinely love everyone I work with on a daily basis -Great mission and product within a relatively stable/timeless industry (construction)

Cons

-Change is a constant - lots of leadership change over the past several years. I recognize this is not for everyone. However, I have a lot of faith in the new leadership team and the direction of the company.

Pros

Free lunch Tuesday through Thursday.

Cons

There is a huge reality issue between the Executives and the workerbees. Procore cannot scale its operations. New hires see this but leaders - especially ones that have been around since IPO- have zero ability to do anything or to understand the issues. Anyone working the deal operations knows that it’s one new motion away from complete month end chaos. The HR policies are stuck in some other generation. There are no team goals on which you are measured. There is no 360 where you can rate your manager. There is no leadership training or really any job training. There are no education benefits either.
