Pros

I can think of nothing positive.

Cons

Micromanagement. Even bathroom breaks are timed. And God forbid that you should have receive an emergency call during one of your non-scheduled break times.

Proctor Financial Response

Thank you for your feedback. It may be perceived that Proctor micromanages its employees, however, that is not standard practice. It is common knowledge that Proctor Financial is a production based environment. Although production is a priority, we do not solely focus on that as a company. We understand the environment may get stressful at times, which is why we have monthly employee events to break the monotony of the required workload. We pride ourselves on allowing our employees to work independently within reason, and welcome feedback on how we can improve. Proctor has an amazing work/life balance, and understands that emergencies happen. However, if management is not made aware of any extenuating circumstances regarding emergencies, that causes a problem within the department as a whole. As with any company, there can sometimes be instances where breaks are abused. There are several employee functions that make Proctor a great company to be a part of. In addition to monthly employee give a ways, we off incentive time, employee of the month, raffles, and Proctor gear. Although you feel that there is nothing positive about Proctor, the longevity of employment that our employees have speaks volumes about the culture of the company.
