Do not recommend - Insurance Processor Proctor Financial Employee Review

Thank you for your review. It can be perceived that you are focusing more on office gossip and opposed to being a successful and productive employee. In any organization, there will be rumors discussed, however, it is up to the employee to ether report his/her concerns, or simply focus on himself/herself. It is understood that Proctor is a production based environment, and there are performance and production guidelines that must be followed to ensure Proctor remains a successful resource to our clients. It is the responsibility of leadership, as well as our employees, to ensure that required goals and expectations are being met. Time management is a necessity to the daily tasks of all Proctor employees. It would irresponsible to assume that strict time management is perceived as a negative trait. There is a big difference between strict time management and micro-managing. Each department has different responsibilities that are required for the positions within that department. We are aware that it is not favorable for management to micro-manage any employee. We give all employees the opportunity to be successful. If you feel as though you are being micro-managed, I encourage you to reach out to your leadership to discuss. Insurance Processing and Call Center are two separate entities, the level of calls that Insurance Processors make, does not compare to the hundreds of calls that Call Center receives on a daily basis. Your comparison of the two departments is incorrect.
