Proctor needs to be transformed! - Loss Draft Specialist Proctor Financial Employee Review

When I worked here nobody was ever on the same page on anything. The director is very rude and nobody wants to even ask her questions. Team Leads are very petty and you can never go to them and tell them anything because they tell everyone your business. It’s like high school here because everyone so messy and all they do is gossip about the next person instead of doing their jobs. Management claims they have so much to do but all I ever saw them do was pass off work on other employees. You get rude emails demanding you do what management could of done. Most people have over 300 claims but your still not appreciated for doing a great job. Team leader loves to talk about everyone and eat all day. She then goes around telling her team about others personal business and who will be fired. This place needs to reevaluate their staff and try again. Glad I moved on no more fake petty bullcrap to deal with on a daily basis!
