Pros
If you're a favorite then your in and treated well. Sometimes a food truck. Open bar at the Christmas party which you need to cope with the fact that you work at Proctor Financial. They plow the parking lot in a timely manner.
Cons
Where to start, how about the sheer lack of loyalty to its employees, this mistreatment of all temp agents, the fact the directors can lose whole clients and be left to mismanage another client, that the nepotism is rampant and managers and protect their best friend or even literally their mom. HR is always rude, either combating people on Glassdoor or flirting in the IT department. They let go dozens of people who had been there for years, but let the people in India, China and Florida keep their jobs. After they fired a bunch of us they were at a job fair in Detroit hiring. So which is it? Not enough work or you're looking for enough employees to participate in a job fair? This company is going down hill, losing clients left and right, firing people with medical issues, or family issues. They are constantly passing people over for promotions in favor for family and spouses. There is no sense of checks and balances. Management openly uses profanity or hides in meetings to avoid really helping others. If Brown and Brown were smart they would come in, dismantle and rebuild the whole thing from the ground up. Thankfully I had a back up job ready, but they have no care for the other moms and dads they let go 6 weeks before Christmas.
