Thank you for your comment. Proctor Financial have had minimal downsizing within the last few years. Generally temporary employees are eligible to transition over to a permanent employee after 90 days. Each temporary employee has an opportunity to demonstrate meeting proper attitudes and abilities for the position for which he or she is employed. This is evaluated on an individual basis, and is based on if qualifications have been met for the position within the 90 days. Each situation is different, and PFI has had many temporary employees transition over to permanent. We strive to hire individuals that excel in meeting the requirements of the organization.
