Pros
The leadership team is diverse, hard-working and genuinely cares about the overall success of the company - including the well-being of all PFI employees. Speaking of the employees - they are truly instrumental to the company's success. Everyone contributes to provide Clients with the best service available and gives 100% - every day. The dedicated training department is instrumental in providing both new and seasoned employees with industry-specific and technical knowledge to ensure that they are kept abreast of new regulations or guidelines within the insurance industry. Company values are aligned with the parent company, Brown & Brown, and are reinforced via regular staff meetings and daily interaction on the floor. Overall, Proctor is full of opportunities for motivated employees and is a great place to build a career - not just hold a job. I am fortunate to lead a team of talented individuals who make me look forward to coming in every morning.
Cons
Recent company growth within the client base and stricter industry regulations (spurred by the CFPB and other related initiatives) have presented new challenges for PFI. That said, the company as a whole has been required to "run faster" as the treadmill speeds up.
