Proctor is in the process of implementing department and companywide training courses to assist employees to gain the necessary knowledge and tools needed to be successful in their current and future positions. Training is an ongoing process and the initial training that we offer to our employees is like no other. We train beyond the standards that are set forth by our clients’ expectations. At Proctor, production measurement is ongoing and if an employee is struggling with the requirements of the position, they meet with their team lead or manager. Each employee is given the opportunity to work with their team lead, supervisor or manager to assist them in making the necessary processing improvements. In some cases, weekly action plans are created and monitored by both the employee and manager. It is up to the employee to take advantage of the offer or make the necessary improvements.
